The Post and Electronic Communications Agency of the Republic of Slovenia is an independent regulatory body established by the Decision on the establishment of the Post and Electronic Communications Agency of the Republic of Slovenia (Official Gazette of the RS nos. 60/01, 52/02 and 80/04), for regulating and monitoring operations in the field of electronic communications and postal services and for carrying out various tasks in the field of radio and television.
