Strategic goals

The strategic goals of the Agency arise from its mission and are:

1. Ensuring the conditions for quality services at appropriate prices.
2. To ensure access to universal services by all residents of Slovenia at affordable prices and independent of geographic location.
3. To protect the interests of service users, including protection of confidentiality and privacy.
4. To ensure and promote efficiency and competition among service providers.
5. To encourage the introduction of new services for a higher quality of life and the development of the economy by ensuring the conditions for new investments.
6. To ensure and supervise efficient use of the radiofrequency spectrum and the number space.
7. To supervise the implementation of programming requirements and restrictions applicable to radio and television programmes under the Media Act.
8. To ensure the operation of electronic communications and the use of the radiofrequency spectrum for the provision of services during emergencies and to protect the national interests of the state.
9. To ensure that work is public.
